Overview
TroyLabsTAOLACI
Across organizations at USC, I've worked on a similar problem: how do you turn a student organization into a brand people recognize, understand, and want to join?
My roles, spanning strategy, creative direction, content, recruitment, and growth, have given me the chance to build the identity people see and the systems behind it.

TroyLabs
Making startups feel easier to understand.
Head of Marketing · Spring 2026
At TroyLabs, I led marketing across a startup accelerator, developing curriculum and helping teams translate early-stage products into clearer brands, stories, and go-to-market materials.
Accelerator curriculum and the branding work that came out of it.
TAO
Giving a community a visual identity.
VP of Communications · Fall 2026
For TAO, I focused on making the organization feel visually cohesive across recruitment, social, events, merchandise, and photography. That started with a brand guide: a denim-led palette, a type system, and rules loose enough for a dozen people to post within.

The shoot
I creative-directed the executive board shoot from concept and styling through shot lists and final content, shooting the board together and then division by division.
LACI
Turning attention into action.
VP of External Relations · Fall 2026
At LACI, I worked across content, recruitment, and external communications to grow awareness and bring more people into the organization.
The funnel over a 30-day window:
The reach wasn't coming from one lucky post. The top recruitment posts landed at 9.4K, 8.1K, 7.5K, and 6.7K views.
Reflection
What I learned.
Working across three organizations taught me that community brands aren't built through visuals alone.
The strongest ones create a clear identity, then carry it consistently through every place someone encounters the organization.
